What is Biodux?
Biodux is hotel management software for African hotels, made in Lagos, Nigeria by Biodux Property Management Systems Limited, a Valinno Systems company. It covers the front desk (Biodux PMS), restaurants and bars (Biodux POS), stores (Biodux Inventory), the accounts office (Biodux Accounts) and direct bookings (Biodux Booking Engine).
Do I have to buy everything at once?
No. Most hotels start with the PMS and POS and add Inventory, Accounts or the booking engine later. Everything shares the same data, so nothing has to be re-entered.
How much does Biodux cost?
We quote per property, based on rooms, outlets, terminals and the modules you choose. Book a demo or message us on WhatsApp and we’ll send you a quote.
Can my restaurant and bar charge drinks to a guest’s room?
Yes. Biodux POS finds the in-house guest by name or room number and posts the bill, service charge and taxes to their folio immediately.
What happens to the data in our old system?
We look at what your current system can export and plan the move with you. Rooms, rates, guests on credit and opening balances are set up before go-live.
Do you train our staff?
Yes. Each department is trained on its own screens during installation: reception, housekeeping, cashiers, storekeepers and accounts.
Is our data safe?
Your data belongs to you. Biodux is part of the Valinno Systems group, and our parent, Valinno Systems Limited, is ISO/IEC 27001 certified for information security and registered with the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. User rights and activity trails control who sees what inside the hotel.
Do you work outside Nigeria?
Yes. Our head office is in Lagos and Biodux runs properties in Lagos, Ogun, Ondo and Rivers States, while the Valinno Systems group has installations across West Africa. Our team travels to install and train on site, wherever the property is.
